Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Programme and Operations teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics, materials preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Manage and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems for programmes and operations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposal documents.
  • Monitor and reconcile operational expenses, processing invoices and purchase orders as required.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or operations support role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
