Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Programme and Operations teams.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics, materials preparation, and minute-taking.
- Manage and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems for programmes and operations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposal documents.
- Monitor and reconcile operational expenses, processing invoices and purchase orders as required.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or operations support role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Previous experience in programme support or project coordination is an advantage.
