Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track construction project budgets versus actual expenditures.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including project profitability analysis and progress billings.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable specifically for project-related vendors and subcontractors.
- Reconcile project bank accounts and ensure compliance with internal financial controls.
- Coordinate with project managers to review financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project accounting, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of construction accounting principles, including progress billing and job costing.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate financial data effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple project accounts simultaneously.
