Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor project financial performance and analyze variances against the approved budget.
- Prepare and manage detailed project cost reports, including cash flow projections.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and timely collection of project revenues.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain a comprehensive filing system for all project-related financial documents.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to resolve financial queries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project accounting or construction accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
