Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial records and reporting for the Papua project, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for project stakeholders
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and provide variance analysis to management
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings and documentation
- Coordinate with project teams to understand financial implications of project decisions
- Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates and forecasts
- Review and process vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Participate in internal and external audits as required
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project accounting or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
