- Lead end-to-end CAPEX accounting and financial controls for capital projects
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
- Prepare and analyze project financial reports including variance analyses
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor budgets and expenditures
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls for project accounting
- Conduct regular reconciliations and financial audits for projects
- Provide financial insights to support project decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license required (or actively pursuing)
- 3+ years of project accounting or CAPEX experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
