Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze project cost reports, variance analysis, and forecasts
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial targets are met
- Process invoices and payments for subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for each project
- Assist in the preparation of project bids and estimates
- Conduct regular financial reviews with project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in project accounting, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost management
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication skills for liaising with project teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
