- Manage project budgets and track financial performance against forecasts
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare and maintain detailed financial reports for stakeholders

- Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of project accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in construction or manufacturing industries a plus
