You will oversee budget tracking, manage project cash flows, and provide critical insights to leadership to drive operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track total project expenditures against approved budgets to ensure strict cost control.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including budget-to-actual variance analysis, for stakeholders and project managers.
- Manage the end-to-end project accounting lifecycle, from procurement monitoring to final project closure.
- Reconcile project-related accounts and ensure all financial data complies with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to forecast project costs and identify potential budget risks early.
- Facilitate the processing of project-related invoices and vendor payments with accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide actionable financial advice to optimize resource allocation and project spending efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance; CPA certification is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project accounting, cost management, or general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is highly preferred.
- Advanced analytical skills and high-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and internal audit principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively report financial data to non-finance project teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
