- Manage end-to-end project accounting lifecycle for assigned accounts and projects
- Oversee project billing, invoicing, and collections processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Prepare and analyze project financial reports and variance analyses
- Collaborate with project teams to forecast project costs and revenues
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls for project accounting
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency
- Mentor and develop junior accounting staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project accounting or similar role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and project accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Certification (CPA, CMA) is preferred
- Experience working in a multinational company is advantageous
