In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end project accounting lifecycle for our diverse portfolio of international accounts. You will ensure the accuracy of financial data, maintain compliance with global standards, and provide critical insights that drive project profitability and success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full project accounting life cycle, including revenue recognition, expense tracking, and month-end close procedures.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and budget variances.
- Collaborate with project managers and regional teams to monitor project financial health, forecast budgets, and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Reconcile project accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate tracking of costs, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain strict compliance with AECOM’s internal financial policies, international accounting standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in project accounting within a multinational engineering, construction, or consulting firm.
- Strong proficiency in financial systems, specifically SAP or Oracle, with a solid understanding of project accounting modules.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear insights to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working in cross-cultural environments and managing remote international teams.
