Join AECOM's Global Business Services (GBS) team as a Project Accounting Team Lead. In this critical role, you will lead and mentor a dynamic team of Project Accountants, ensuring accurate financial management and reporting for our projects. You will oversee project accounting operations, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. This is a morning shift position based in Santa Ana, Metro Manila.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of Project Accountants, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee project accounting activities including cost tracking, billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of project financial data and compliance with company policies and GAAP.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
- Prepare and review monthly project financial reports and variance analyses.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of project accounting operations.
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project accounting or related financial role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and project accounting principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
