Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Civil/Automotive project team.
  • Manage and track inventory levels of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate all project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, and progress reports.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders accurately.
  • Assist in tender preparation, submission coordination, and contract administration.
  • Maintain project filing systems (both electronic and physical) for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project workflow.
  • Support the project team with scheduling meetings, arranging site visits, and taking minutes.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction, civil engineering, or automotive industries.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with inventory management systems and project management software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive team player with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
