Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist project managers in scheduling, coordinating, and tracking project timelines and milestones.
  • Maintain, organize, and update crucial project documentation and training records.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication between internal teams and external training participants or clients.
  • Prepare regular project progress reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support during training sessions, workshops, and virtual webinars.
  • Help handle inquiries and coordinate logistics for upcoming IT training programs.
  • Perform general ad-hoc administrative duties to support daily operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with basic project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is an added advantage.
