We are currently looking for a talented Project Admin & Project Coordinator to join our headquarters in Johor Bahru. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with a passion for design and a knack for logistics. You will be instrumental in ensuring our projects run smoothly from conception to completion. Your day-to-day will involve liaising with stakeholders, managing critical documentation, tracking budgets, and ensuring timelines are met without compromising the creative integrity of the designs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely completion of interior design projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external contractors, and clients regarding project status and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Maintain and organize all project files, contracts, blueprints, and correspondence.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and change orders, updating stakeholders regularly.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, site visits, and vendor presentations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office supply management.
- Support senior project managers with ad-hoc tasks and reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably in interior design, construction, or architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project) is an advantage.
