Tanggung Jawab
- Manage comprehensive project documentation systems including filing, archiving, and digital record maintenance
- Monitor project progress against established timelines and deliverables
- Prepare and distribute regular project status reports to stakeholders
- Coordinate interdepartmental communication and meetings to ensure alignment
- Track project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization
- Implement administrative processes to enhance project efficiency
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation documentation
- Facilitate knowledge transfer through project handovers and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration or coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project)
