Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily project activities, logistics, and administrative workflows to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain, organize, and secure all project documentation, including contracts, blueprints, permits, and progress reports.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between project managers, site teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, preparing regular status updates and presentations for management.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, site visits, and project-related events.
- Process and track project-related invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and project guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar administrative role, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
