Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate project documentation, including reports, contracts, and correspondence
- Manage project schedules and timelines, ensuring milestones are met
- Organize and maintain project files and records in both physical and digital formats
- Assist in preparing project budgets and expense tracking
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and internal teams
- Arrange meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to project managers
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project administration or office support
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an extroverted personality
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with construction industry documentation is preferred
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
