Tanggung Jawab
- Lead digital transformation efforts by identifying and implementing automation opportunities across asset, finance, and office management processes.
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure all milestones are met on time.
- Coordinate closely with finance teams to track budgets, monitor expenses, and generate accurate financial reports.
- Oversee office operations and facility management to ensure a seamless and productive working environment for all staff.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, status updates, and project archives.
- Analyze existing workflows to recommend process improvements and integrate digital tools for enhanced efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding project inquiries and updates.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in project administration or office support within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation principles and experience utilizing automation tools or workflow software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with diverse teams and management.
- Detail-oriented approach to data entry, record-keeping, and reporting accuracy.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
