Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and management of project contracts, sub-contracts, and agreements.
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to monitor project progress and report delays.
- Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, site reports, and correspondence.
- Prepare and issue necessary letters, memos, and official documents.
- Manage project schedules and timelines to ensure milestones are met.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding material deliveries and site requirements.
- Organize and attend project meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in project administration within the construction sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of construction terminology and procedures is preferred.
