Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and accurately record and distribute minutes.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, logs, and financial records.
  • Assist Project Managers in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Support budget monitoring by tracking expenses, processing invoices, and assisting with financial reconciliation.
  • Organize and manage project-related events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal banking policies and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or Executive Assistant role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
