Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including generating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and verifying invoices.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, timely delivery, and high-quality standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes to ensure compliance.
  • Support project managers with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and resource tracking.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics for project-related materials.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract renewals.
  • Resolve discrepancies in procurement documentation and payment processes promptly.
  • Liaise between internal departments to ensure project requirements and budgets are aligned.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project administration, procurement, or a related administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Understanding of project management principles and supply chain workflows is highly preferred.
