You will interface directly with clients and subcontractors, ensuring that all project requirements are met efficiently and professionally. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of project tenders and quotations.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, status updates, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, correspondence, and financial logs.
- Organize and attend project meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project administration or executive support, preferably in the transport or manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
