Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and construction drawings.
- Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring milestones are tracked and communicated.
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports and project performance summaries for stakeholders.
- Manage vendor and contractor correspondence, ensuring timely responses and accurate data filing.
- Support the procurement process by monitoring material orders and tracking delivery timelines.
- Maintain compliance with Australian building codes and safety documentation standards.
- Organize and facilitate virtual project meetings, including preparing agendas and recording meeting minutes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project administration, ideally within the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Aconex, or Microsoft Project) and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills suitable for Australian business environments.
- Ability to work autonomously in a 100% remote setup with high-speed, reliable internet.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with international teams (specifically Australia) is highly regarded.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
