Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation (timeline, meeting minutes, project plans, status reports)
- Coordinate project documentation workflows across technical teams and stakeholders
- Ensure version control and accessibility of all project artifacts
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients
- Support project lifecycle management through documentation governance
- Facilitate information distribution during project meetings and reviews
- Archive project documentation for compliance and knowledge transfer
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in project administration or IT coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Basic understanding of IT project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
