- Analyze project data to support decision-making and performance optimization
- Monitor project milestones, budgets, and risks using statistical methodologies
- Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project alignment with strategic goals
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend evidence-based improvements
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for new initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project analysis or similar analytical role
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
- Experience working with international development institutions or multilateral organizations
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
