Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule project timelines, meetings, and deliverables to ensure all milestones are met on time.
- Manage and organize project documentation, including reports, charts, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Track project progress against established objectives and report any delays or issues to management.
- Maintain a clean and efficient filing system for both physical and digital project records.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Communicate project updates and relevant information to team members and clients effectively.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Project Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting.
