Join PERSOL as a Project Assistant specializing in Human Resources and Organisation Development. Tanggung Jawab
- Support end-to-end execution of HR and OD projects including planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and documentation while maintaining accurate records
- Assist in developing and delivering HR training programs and organizational development initiatives
- Monitor project KPIs and prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Liaise between HR teams, department heads, and external vendors to ensure alignment
- Conduct research and analysis to support OD initiatives and process improvements
- Manage administrative tasks including budget tracking, resource allocation, and compliance documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or HR administration
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management experience
- Knowledge of HR methodologies and organizational development principles
- Ability to analyze data and prepare concise reports for decision-making
