- Monitor and control project execution for new stores, refurbishments, maintenance, and closures
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints

- Track project milestones and prepare progress reports for leadership
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience in retail/construction
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
