Are you passionate about community building, event management, and the startup ecosystem? Beon Intermedia is looking for a proactive and creative Project Associate Event Intern to join the Ngalup.co team in Malang. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in executing high-impact events and programs that empower the local creative and tech communities.
As an intern, you will work closely with our event operations team to ensure seamless program delivery, from conceptualization to post-event evaluation. You will develop essential professional skills, including stakeholder coordination, event logistics, and creative promotion. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of Ngalup.co events and programs.
- Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, attendee registration, and equipment setup.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, partners, and event speakers.
- Help prepare event materials, documentation, and operational briefings.
- Provide on-site support during physical events held in the Malang area.
- Monitor event progress and assist in gathering feedback from participants.
- Support the team in administrative tasks to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled as a student (final year preferred) or a fresh graduate from any major.
- Strong interest in event management, community building, and creative industries.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Proactive, quick learner, and possess a "can-do" attitude.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Available to work on-site (WFO) in Malang, East Java.
- Active involvement in campus organizations or previous project experience is a plus.
