Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily clerical tasks, including data entry, file organization, and document management.
  • Provide front-line administrative support to various departments to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries professionally.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishments.
  • Ensure the workplace remains organized and that all administrative records are kept up-to-date and secure.
  • Facilitate smooth communication across internal teams during project-based initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School diploma; College level or degree holders are preferred.
  • Previous experience in an office administrative or clerical support role is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude toward daily challenges.
