- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends in the real estate sector.
- Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for potential clients and partners.
- Assist in project feasibility studies, including financial modeling, cost estimation, and risk assessment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure project milestones are met.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing projects and business development initiatives.
- Participate in client meetings and stakeholder presentations, documenting minutes and action items.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of the conglomerate-wide internship program brand representation.
- Prepare a comprehensive capstone project summarizing learning and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong academic track record with a demonstrated interest in business development, project management, or real estate.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, financial modeling).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
