Ciptajaya Sejahtera Abadi is actively seeking an experienced and highly analytical Project Closure & Controlling Section Head to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this critical leadership role, you will be the driving force behind the successful administrative and financial closure of major telecommunications projects.
As a key leader within our organization, you will oversee the end-to-end project closure lifecycle, ensuring that all documentation, financial reconciliations, and compliance requirements are met with the highest standards. We are looking for a professional who possesses a deep understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, specifically in Tower Rollout, Radio Access Network (RAN), FTTH/FTTX deployments, and Power Systems. Your expertise will ensure seamless transitions from project execution to final handover and closure.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the project closure process for telecommunications deployments, ensuring timely and accurate finalization.
- Review, verify, and validate comprehensive project documentation including Tower Rollout, RAN, FTTH/FTTX, and Power System projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and finance departments to reconcile project budgets, invoices, and final costs.
- Develop and implement standardized controlling procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in project handovers.
- Identify documentation gaps or financial discrepancies and work proactively with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal company policies, client requirements, and industry regulations during the closure phase.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of project controllers and administrative staff.
- Generate detailed closure reports and present project controlling metrics to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Economics, Management, Business, or Engineering.
- Proven experience in project controlling, project management, or administrative closure within the telecommunications industry.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with telecom project documentation, specifically Tower Rollout, RAN, FTTH/FTTX, and Power Systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing or guiding a team.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
