Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project control procedures, tools, and systems.
- Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure adherence to established baselines.
- Prepare accurate and timely progress reports, cost forecasts, variance analyses, and earned value management (EVM) reports.
- Identify potential risks, delays, or cost overruns, and proactively recommend corrective actions or mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and various stakeholders to gather data and ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Manage project documentation, change orders, claims, and contractual requirements effectively.
- Supervise and mentor junior project control staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.
- Ensure all project control activities comply with company standards, industry regulations, and international best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in project controls within the construction or property development industry.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling and cost control tools.
- Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling methodologies, cost estimating, budgeting, and risk management principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven leadership and team supervision abilities, with experience in mentoring staff.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCP, PMI-SP) are highly desirable.
