We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Controller to join our dynamic team at PT Tekno Infrastruktur Sukses. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of project documentation within our Data Center infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all critical assetsāranging from working drawings and BOQs to contracts and technical reportsāare accurately managed, organized, and accessible. Your expertise will ensure compliance with project standards and facilitate seamless communication between engineering teams and stakeholders.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire project documentation lifecycle, including contracts, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and prepare comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate the review and approval process for shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Maintain a centralized and secure filing system for all technical project data.
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation and management of Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project control or document management, preferably in Data Center or IT infrastructure.
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Strong command of technical document terminology (BOQ, Shop Drawing, As-built Drawing).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle large volumes of data with high accuracy.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
