Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance against forecasts
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders and leadership
- Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions
- Support project forecasting and cash flow planning
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and SOX requirements
- Collaborate with project managers to optimize resource allocation
- Identify financial risks and opportunities for process improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project controlling or finance experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (e.g., CPA, PMP) is highly desirable
