Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee quality control processes for major construction projects
- Conduct regular site inspections and compliance audits
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and quality reports
- Coordinate with contractors and engineering teams to resolve issues
- Monitor project timelines and budgets for quality-related adjustments
- Implement corrective actions for quality non-conformances
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in project control or quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and protocols
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in Metro Manila with flexible hours
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
