- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and deliverables across construction teams
- Track project milestones and KPIs using project management tools
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, contractors, and clients
- Monitor resource allocation and budget adherence
- Identify and resolve project bottlenecks in real-time
- Prepare weekly/monthly status reports for senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of project coordination experience in construction industry
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of construction project lifecycle and methodologies
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous
