As a Project Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our project management team, facilitating seamless communication between stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring all project milestones are met efficiently and effectively.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Track project budgets and expenses to ensure financial targets are met
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Coordinate resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in project management (PMP or similar) is a plus
