Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations at live renovation sites to ensure quality standards and adherence to project timelines
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with sub-contractors to synchronize workflow and resolve on-site issues
- Assist senior management in capturing marketing content during site visits and project milestones
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control protocols across all sites
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address project concerns
- Assist in resource planning and logistics management for smooth project execution
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience in construction or renovation industry
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of renovation processes, sub-contractor management, and safety protocols
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Singapore driving license (for site visits and client meetings)
