Sinohydro Corporation, a globally renowned leader in hydropower and infrastructure construction, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Tuas, Singapore. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our construction projects are executed smoothly, on schedule, and within budget. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to streamline communication and manage project documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily project activities, resources, equipment, and information sharing across site teams.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal engineering departments to resolve project bottlenecks.
- Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Ensure project documentation, including permits, drawings, variations, and progress reports, is complete and up-to-date.
- Assist Project Managers in organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, documenting key decisions and action items.
- Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to local safety regulations, quality standards, and company protocols.
- Facilitate the procurement of project materials and coordinate logistics to prevent site delays.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative/coordination role within the construction industry.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and site safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and standard office software (MS Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse multicultural teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tuas, West Region.
