- Manage end-to-end cabling project lifecycle from planning to completion
- Coordinate resources including materials, equipment, and personnel allocation
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with milestone tracking
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project budgets and resource utilization for cost efficiency
- Generate project documentation including progress reports and completion certificates
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and delays
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in project coordination or construction roles
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Knowledge of cabling infrastructure and construction methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
