In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring that critical deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. You will play a key role in coordinating various project activities, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring that our fire safety initiatives are executed flawlessly.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the overall planning, scheduling, and execution of project activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure materials and services are delivered as required.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are effective.
- Facilitate communication between different departments and project teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in project coordination within the construction or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using project management software and MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with fire safety standards and regulations is a plus.
