Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience in construction
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards
