Ocean Oasis Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic construction team in Kovan. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and maintain project schedules to ensure all site activities align with deadlines.
- Monitor site progress daily and provide accurate status updates to project management.
- Manage complex documentation, including progress reports, technical drawings, and permit filings.
- Facilitate logistics and material procurement to ensure site teams have necessary resources on time.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication channels between clients, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
- Support the project team in conducting safety compliance checks and quality control inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with diverse project stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a demanding site environment.
- Valid certification in relevant safety courses (e.g., WSH) is highly preferred.
