Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate ACMV and M&E projects including site works, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Manage project documentation, permits, and compliance reports
- Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project records
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in ACMV/M&E project coordination
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building codes and regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
