In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that commercial interior design projects run smoothly, stay on schedule, and exceed client expectations.
The ideal candidate is a master of multi-tasking, capable of juggling administrative workflows while communicating effectively with designers, contractors, and stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in documenting progress, managing procurement schedules, and providing seamless administrative support to our project team.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and track commercial interior design project timelines from inception to completion.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, material specifications, and progress reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project scheduling between clients, designers, and site contractors.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing, and processing purchase orders for project materials.
- Organize site visits, meetings, and project reviews, ensuring all stakeholders are briefed and prepared.
- Monitor site progress against project milestones and escalate any potential delays to the Project Manager.
- Maintain accurate inventory and procurement logs to prevent project bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably within the construction or interior design industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic project management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with diverse project stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy in administrative tasks.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen interest in commercial interior design.
