Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and finalizing Civil & Structural and A&A Interior Fit-out projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate daily operational activities on site, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project progression and resolve issues proactively.
- Track project progress, monitor resource allocation, and prepare regular status reports and documentation.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, permits, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with engineering standards and building codes.
- Assist in procurement processes, material scheduling, and inventory management for project requirements.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in Civil & Structural or A&A Interior Fit-out projects in Singapore.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards in Singapore.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to commit to a 5.5-day work week schedule.
