Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables against established timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure material and labor availability.
- Prepare and update project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and budget summaries.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
- Facilitate effective communication between site teams and management to resolve project bottlenecks.
- Manage project schedules and adjust workflows to minimize downtime and resource wastage.
- Ensure all project activities align with company policies and local construction standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in construction project coordination or site supervision.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
- Solid understanding of construction phases, site safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle on-site challenges efficiently.
- Willingness to be based in Tanauan City, Batangas, and ability to work in a field-office environment.
