Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Planning, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in traffic design and project administration
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Synchro, and traffic simulation software
- Strong understanding of traffic engineering principles and local regulations
- Experience with financial management tools and budget tracking
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Certification in traffic management (e.g., PTOE) is advantageous
