Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee M&E entrance system projects from inception to completion
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and progress updates
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve any issues that arise during project implementation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in M&E or entrance systems
- Class 3 certification or relevant engineering license is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
